This shrine is located on the grounds of the convent of SSMI in Yorkton. It has no grotto and consists of an elevated statue of Mary surrounded by a fountain. In front of her and to her right is a kneeling Bernadette. Both statues are very modern, with clear-cut angular lines instead of the usual rounded features.
The shrine was erected in 1958 upon the completion of the convent. It is situated immediately to the north of the main building. Leon Mizun was instrumental in the construction of the shrine as well as of the convent.
